The RGS have been competing in the U15 National Schools Championship. We beat Lancing College narrowly to proceed to the semi finals. We made our way to Manchester, for the semi finals and finals at the England Squash Centre in Sport City, Manchester.

We beat RGS Newcastle in the semi final 3-2 and had to play Wycliffe in the final, the champions for five in the last six years.

We are thrilled at being one of the two schools in the country to be finalists in the national U15 school squash competition, and are very proud of all of the team - all of them, including the reserves. They showed great sportsmanship and good humour in both defeat and victory. We would like to thank the parents of the boys for all of their help, and also thank them for collecting their boys promptly after a long journey.
